General terms and conditions
We prefer PIN (Maestro) payments. We also accept cash, Eurocard Mastercard, Visa and Diners Club. We charge a 3% surcharge for payments made by American Express.
Payment by invoice will only be permitted if approved by our administration department.
It is only possible to cancel your reservation in writing, either by e-mail or by post. The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry (U.V.H.) apply to all agreements that we enter into. The U.V.H. are binding on anyone who wishes to make use of our services.
When a reservation for our Château, with or without breakfast, is made for one or more guests, the following applies to the written cancellation of this reservation:
- Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival – the guest is not obliged to pay any amount of the total value of the reservation to the Château.
- Cancellation between 14 and 7 days before arrival – the guest is obliged to pay 50% of the total value of the reservation to the Château.
- Cancellation between 7 and 3 days before arrival – the guest is obliged to pay 75% of the total value of the reservation to the Château.
- Cancellation within 3 days before arrival or in the event of a no-show – the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the total value of the reservation to the Château. We look forward to welcoming you and your relations to our Château. If you have any questions about the above, please get in touch.
When booking our non-refundable rate, different cancellation conditions apply. If you book at this discounted rate, you must pay the total reservation amount. Cancellations and changes to the reservation are not possible at this rate.
All our rooms and suites, as well as all other rooms in the Château, are non-smoking. If we find that someone has smoked in one of these rooms, we are obliged to charge €250 for cleaning costs.
Dogs and other pets are not allowed in our Château.
