As the 23rd chef for the annual largest MICHELIN pop-up restaurant during MASTERS EXPO in Amsterdam!

Michelin’s biggest surprise in the Netherlands:
Only 1,5 years ago, the young chef Guido Braeken moved into the kitchen of Chateau Wittem, with an entirely new kitchen staff.
Spring 2022 restaurant Julemont
was immediately awarded two Michelin stars.
Not only the brigades must have been speechless, but also the new owners.
They took over the castle in 2018 and gave it a complete makeover.
Guido shows his talent, delicacy, and technique in every dish.
